Today, we are on the new moon. A moment of withdrawal, of silence, where the agitation naturally drops.
It is often in these quieter spaces that certain sensations become more noticeable. Fatigue, for example. Not the one that is easily explained, but the one that persists despite rest, despite a correct lifestyle, despite reassuring examinations.
On the occasion of this new moon, I wanted to ask a simple, but rarely explored question. And if this fatigue did not come only from you, but from the place in which you live?
The new moon as a time for listening and fine perception
On the astronomical level, the new moon corresponds to a phase where the moon disappears from the visual field. The light withdraws. On the symbolic and energetic level, this withdrawal creates a calmer interior space. The stimulations decrease, the mind is slightly withdrawn, and the body becomes more sensitive to inconsistencies.
The new moon has always been associated with observation rather than action. She invites you to listen, feel, perceive. She does not ask to decide, but to understand what is already there.
Unexplained fatigue and interaction with the place of life
Many people today describe persistent fatigue without a clearly identified medical cause. They speak of an exhaustion which appears above all at home, of a non-restorative sleep, of a feeling of heaviness in certain rooms, sometimes even of a clear relief when they leave their usual environment.
This finding is fundamental. He suggests that fatigue does not come only from the person, but from the relationship he maintains with his place of work or work.
In geobiology and feng shui, a place is considered a living organism. It has a circulation, a memory, a dynamic of its own. When there is disagreement between the energy of the place and that of the occupier, the body ends up compensating, until exhaustion.

Feng Shui, energy circulation and chronic fatigue
Feng Shui is based on a simple principle. The way in which energy circulates in a place directly influences the vitality of those who inhabit it.
A cluttered, misdirected, unbalanced space in its functions or frozen in an old energy can generate fatigue, nervousness, sleep disorders, loss of motivation or feeling of stagnation.
An overactive room, a poorly positioned bed, a desk in a tension zone, a cluttered entrance or an emotionally charged place can become energetically expensive. The body adapts for a while, then runs out.

Why the New Moon reveals these imbalances
At the New Moon, the outer turmoil is decreasing. When the agitation decreases, the body stops masking what bothers it.
This is often when certain sensations become clearer. A room becomes uncomfortable. Sleep fragments. Fatigue appears as soon as you enter the home. It is not that the place changes, it is the perception that is refined.
The New Moon acts as a revealer. It highlights what was supported but unfitted.
Fumigations and incense, an ancestral universal gesture
Fumigation is present in almost all civilizations. Ancient Egypt, Hebrew traditions, Native American cultures, Asian rites, Celtic worlds, Christian or Buddhist traditions, all used the burning of plants, resins or wood for purposes of purification, protection or elevation.
This gesture is not trivial. It is based on several complementary principles.

What is an incense, and why fire?
An incense is a plant or mineral material intended to be burned slowly in order to release its aromatic compounds. It can be resins, wood, leaves, bark or mixtures.
Fire acts as a transformer. It releases the essence of the plant, its fragrance, its vibratory signature. The smoke becomes a diffusion support, it spreads in space, reaches the invisible areas, penetrates the nooks.
In many traditions, smoke is seen as a link between plans. She raises, she carries the intention, she changes the atmosphere of a place.
Why Use Dried Leaves, Woods or Resins
A fresh plant is alive and rooted. A dried plant is stabilized. It keeps its memory, its properties, its information, but it is available to be transmitted.
Drying concentrates the energy of the plant. The combustion releases this energy quickly and noticeably. It is not a destruction, but a transformation.
Each plant has a particular signature.
White sage is traditionally associated with the purification and cleaning of accumulated charges. Palo Santo is used to soothe, refocus and harmonize after cleaning. Boxwood, in European traditions, is linked to protection, stability and continuity.
Fumigation, belief or actual efficacy
Some people speak of purification, others of energy cleaning, others of a simple symbolic ritual. In reality, these levels are not mutually exclusive.
A fumigation acts because it mobilizes the senses, attention, intention and the body. It marks a threshold. She creates a before and after. It reinforms space.
It’s not so much what you hunt that matters, as what you install.
Simple new moon ritual to observe its place

On the New Moon, I propose a simple ritual, accessible to all.
Choose a quiet moment, ideally in the evening.
Turn off the screens, dim the light.
Sit in silence for a few minutes in each main room in your accommodation.
Observe your breathing, your posture, your bodily sensations.
Note the places where you feel peaceful, and those where tension appears.
If desired, light a soft fumigation, sage, natural incense or sacred wood. Let the smoke flow slowly, without forcing, simply by asking the intention of clarity and harmonization.
This ritual is not intended to correct immediately. It is used to reveal.
When the adjustment of the place becomes necessary
If some areas remain heavy, if fatigue persists despite these observations, it is often useful to go further. A Feng Shui analysis makes it possible to understand the structural imbalances, the areas of tension, the inconsistencies between the functions of the parts and their energy.
An energy cleaning can help release what has accumulated over time, emotions, events, invisible but persistent charges.
Invitation
If you feel that your place tires you more than it supports you, if some parts are uncomfortable for no apparent reason, if your energy improves elsewhere but falls in your home, it may be relevant to have your living space analyzed and harmonized.
I accompany you in the energy cleaning of the place and the Feng Shui analysis, in order to restore a fluid, coherent and supporting circulation for your daily life.

New Moon, a moment to listen differently
The New Moon asks for nothing. It just offers silence.
In this silence, the place speaks. And the body, when you leave it space, knows exactly what weighs on it.
